Leather Necklace with tube Pendant bases and charms

Project

 

 

The first step is setting the stones in the Necklace and the earring bases

I Place the stone in the Center of the stone setting and

with the help of the setting tool I bend the prongs towards the stone in order

to embed it

  
 

I bend it gently to make sure I don't damage the

stone or the plating

  
   
 The Next step is cutting the leather cord to 40cm piece  
 I slip one end of the leather cord to one End Cord as it is shown in the picture  
   
  With a help of a plier tool I press gently the End Cord in order to capture the cord in side the End Cord   
 I Connect 5mm jump rings in the top loops of all the charms
  
 

  The next step is slipping the Leather cord through the Tube pendants and charms

I choose to place two charms between every tube pendant, you can choose to change the order as you wish

  
   
  Next, I connect another End cord in the other side of the leather cord
The Ends cord are  used as finshers but also secure the pendants and the charms  so they won't slip out of the cord  
  Next, I cut a 10cm piece of extantion chain  
 I connect  the extention chain to the left End cord with a 5mm jump ring   
 Last, I connect the clasp to the right End cord with a 5mm jump ring
