6 Tips for embedding crystals

These are the basic tips that will help you embed crystals quickly like a pro:

 

Tip 1: Use a plier tool with type
To prevent the plier from damaging the setting put same type on the edges of the plier.

 

Tip 2: Silicon plier
This plier comes with a silicon at the edges ready to use.

 

Tip 3: Prong pusher
You need to use this tool to close the prong with your hand.

 

Tip 4: When you have a multi prong element
Start embedding from the settings in the middle and only then continue with the ones on the outside.

 

Tip 5: How to open the prongs
Slowly open the prongs so you don't damage the crystal or the plating.


Tip 6: How not to embed
If you use the simple plier tool you will make scratches on the back side of the setting.
