Orders ship Sunday-Friday out of our warehouse in Israel.
When will I get my goods
In most cases, there are no products in Stock, so the order is manufactured according to the customer's request due to the variety of the products and the plating options that we offer.
Gita's products are produced handmade according to each order. The estimated production time is 9-14 business days ( except "fast supply" models). Due to weekends and local holidays delays may apply.

When the order production process is finished and quality checked it is packed and sent to the customer (To the address stated in the customer's personal area).
The shipping time range is normally 1 - 2 days, we ship by UPS Express.
An email with tracking information will be sent once the order has been shipped (with most carriers). You can also track your order process from your order history page.
After the order is shipped you can track the package it using the tracking number appears in you order history page.
1. Question: Can I ship via regular post?
Answer: Gita is taking very seriously the service and the handling time of each order as we know that as B2B manufacturers time matter is very important, we ship with UPS premium service only. But for customers that for some reason ask us to use slower delivery we have also solutions that we will provide by email personally.

Answer: Depends on the country of destinations, please contact our customer service for further information.
3. Question: Can you deliver to PO Box?
Answer:Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes using UPS.

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change automatically the shipping address once an order goes into processing. In case you insist to change address order in production process please refer to us by email and make sure that the change will be taking place.
These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges, except for orders to USA
We are not able to mark orders as "gifts."
We are required to list the retail value on the commercial invoice for any items which are included as a "gift with purchase."
We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.
WHAT IF MY ITEM(S) ARE DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY PROCESS?

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ANY OF MY ITEM(S) IN ORDER?
